Additionally, when staying with us you have the option to purchase breakfast packs from the local farm ( a mile away) shop at local farmers markets and dine in family run pubs. Blackton Grange Estate is situated in the stunning North Pennines which is known as "Brittan's Last Wilderness. With unspoilt beauty spots, designated Dark Skies Sights, hundreds of miles of walking and cycling trails and surrounded by tranquil reservoirs, it's a mystery as to why the thought of a holiday often conjures up ideas of faraway lands. However, the reality is that there are many beautiful places to explore a mere stones throw away form home with Blackton Grange being one of them (of course)
Keep everyone under on roof...even your dog
For larger groups or families, staycations are often a great choice, as it provides more room and common areas for socialising as well as relaxing. At Blackton Grange for instance, we have a large open plan living area, games room, snug and cinema room. The perfect layout for bringing the gang together whilst also allowing space for individuals to have down time away from the group. We also welcome up to 2 dogs with every booking so nobody needs to be left behind.
